Develop and implement investment strategies that align with the organization's financial goals and risk tolerance.
Manage the organization's investment portfolio, including monitoring and analyzing performance and making adjustments as needed.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and assess their potential risks and returns.
Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain investment policies and procedures.
Stay updated on market trends and economic conditions to inform investment decisions.
Prepare and present reports on the performance of the investment portfolio to senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to investments.
Develop and maintain relationships with external investment managers and advisors.
Continuously evaluate and improve investment processes and procedures.
Work closely with other departments, such as finance and accounting, to ensure alignment and accuracy of investment information.
Train and mentor junior investment team members.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all investment activities.
Represent the organization at industry conferences and events.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on investment-related matters.
Stay informed about industry developments and trends to inform investment decisions and strategies.
