We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated IT Support Specialist to handle general IT tasks and support our team remotely. The ideal candidate lives in Morocco and speaks and writes perfect English. Your responsibilities: • Provide daily IT support, including user management, network assistance, system updates, and troubleshooting. • Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues from colleagues (remote support). • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware. • Contribute to IT process improvements and keep documentation up to date. • Maintain and regularly update the company website (CMS, security, technical content). What we expect from you: • You live in Morocco. • You speak and write fluent, professional English (required). • You have solid knowledge of general IT (Windows, networks, Microsoft 365, etc.). • You are independent, organized, and proactive. • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is a plus. • Familiarity with a CMS (e.g., WordPress) is an advantage.
