We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our remote team. As a remote OT based in Tennessee , you will have the opportunity to work from home while making a meaningful impact on patients' lives through virtual therapy sessions.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' functional abilities using remote assessment tools.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient-centered goals.
Deliver therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' independence and daily living skills via virtual platforms.
Monitor and document patient progress systematically, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and caregivers to ensure holistic care coordination and continuity.
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, adaptive strategies, and home exercise programs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Tennessee, with current credentials and in good standing.
Demonstrated experience in assessing and treating patients across diverse populations and conditions.
Strong clinical reasoning skills with the ability to make sound therapeutic decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and healthcare team members.
