- Analyze large datasets related to organization resources, flight schedules, and crew assignments to identify trends and insights.
- Develop and maintain databases and datasets related to organization resources, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
- Collaborate with Crew Resources agencies to forecast organization requirements based on flight schedules, crew availability, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development of organization planning strategies and optimization models.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into organization-related metrics and performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimization, and develop solutions to address these areas.
- *Requirements:**
- Currently enrolled full-time in a college or university program.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and VBA.
- Experience with SQL or database querying tools, and scripting programming languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and prioritize tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
