Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a rigorous, standards-aligned curriculum that meets the needs of all students
- Provide daily feedback to students on their performance and progress, and use data to inform instructional decisions
- Differentiate instruction to ensure that all students are progressing and meeting their full potential
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues, and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom culture
- Pursue ongoing professional development and growth, and demonstrate a commitment to being a lifelong learner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, with a minimum of two years teaching experience in an under-resourced community
- A passion for being part of a team-oriented, mission-driven school culture
- Demonstrated commitment to closing the opportunity gap and promoting educational equity
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
