Our client helps facilitate payroll services for caregivers, ensuring they receive fair compensation for their work.

About the Role:

**Compensation:** Competitive salary of $13 per hour
**Location:** Remote (with flexible scheduling)

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from patients and caregivers with empathy and professionalism
Assist with enrollment, program applications, and setup in applicable systems
Provide information and support for payroll-related inquiries
Utilize de-escalation techniques to resolve issues and concerns
Document information and outcomes as necessary

Requirements:

At least 1 year of customer service experience
Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Ability to offer empathy, patience, and a friendly demeanor
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Quality-focused mindset with a desire to achieve first-call resolution
