Responsibilities:
ΓΒ Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the finance industry to identify the best talent for our clients
ΓΒ Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
ΓΒ Leverage various sourcing methods to find and attract high-caliber executive candidates
ΓΒ Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly
ΓΒ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the highest level of candidate experience and client satisfaction
ΓΒ Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment success and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
ΓΒ Extensive experience in executive recruitment, preferably within the finance sector
ΓΒ A proven track record of successfully placing executive-level candidates
ΓΒ Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates
ΓΒ Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
ΓΒ Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team
ΓΒ Familiarity with recruitment technologies and platforms for sourcing and managing candidates
Qualifications
ΓΒ Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a relevant field
ΓΒ At least 5 years of executive recruitment experience, with a focus on finance-related roles
ΓΒ Strong negotiation and closing skills
ΓΒ Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
