Delivery of high quality candidates, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. This individual will perform full life cycle recruiting and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, candidates, and sourcing channels.
A day in the lifeรย
รย Assist with managing the job requisition submission/approval process
รย Work with hiring managers to determine/understand key job duties, position profiles, and business requirements
รย Manage all aspects of a full life cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions and effectively utilize applicant tracking and onboarding systems
รย Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting/sourcing strategies
รย Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens with qualified applicants
รย Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule manager phone and onsite interviews
Requirements:
รย 2+ years of technical recruiting experience
รย A bachelorรยs degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
รย Working knowledge and understanding of all aspects of full life cycle recruiting
รย Hands-on experience recruiting for all levels ranging from new grads to staff
รย Knowledge & experience with applicant tracking systems
รย Fundamental sourcing skills
รย Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
