Express Employment is urgently hiring for Remote Customer Service Representatives. These are fully remote, temporary roles that will begin on December 2nd. Candidates must have experience working in an office setting to be considered for these roles.
Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
ΓΒ Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
ΓΒ Present solutions to customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner
ΓΒ Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
ΓΒ Routinely and accurately document customer interactions in company database
ΓΒ Other duties as assigned
Experience/Education/Skills:
ΓΒ· Must have customer service experience in an office setting
ΓΒ Basic computer proficiency required
ΓΒ Welcoming personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
ΓΒ Must be solutions-oriented and able to solve problems independently
ΓΒ Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
Schedule/Pay:
ΓΒ Monday ΓΒ Friday 1st shift: 10:00am ΓΒ 7:00pm
ΓΒ Pay up to $16.18/hr
