The Role: Be the Trusted Partner Our Clients Rely On

As a Junior Client Success Specialist, you'll nurture relationships with 25–35 real estate agents, becoming their go-to guide and biggest advocate. You'll help them feel supported from day one, celebrate their wins, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure they always feel heard and valued.

This role is perfect for someone who's naturally empathetic, thrives on connection, and wants to make a genuine difference in people's lives and businesses — all within a supportive, collaborative team environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Serve as the dedicated success partner for ~30 real estate agents
Lead warm, welcoming onboarding calls that set clients up for success
Conduct regular check-ins to understand their goals, challenges, and wins
Respond thoughtfully and promptly to client questions and concerns

Monitor campaign performance and proactively share insights with clients
Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure campaigns align with each client's unique needs
Help clients understand their results in a clear, encouraging way
Identify opportunities to help clients get even better outcomes

Share client feedback and ideas with the team to improve our processes
Anticipate client needs and address concerns before they become problems
Contribute to a culture where every client feels genuinely cared for

Work closely with our Senior Client Success Specialist (your mentor and manager)
Partner with marketing and fulfillment teammates in a collaborative, team-first environment
Participate in regular team check-ins and professional development opportunities

1–2 years in client success, account management, or customer-facing roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable leading Zoom calls and building rapport virtually
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
Eager to learn CRMs, dashboards, and marketing fundamentals

Experience working with real estate professionals
Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Facebook Ads, or similar platforms
