The Junior Credit Analyst plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our loan portfolio by assisting in the analysis of all Commercial Real Estate / Residential loans under the Credit Administration & Independent Loan Review Policy and Lending Policies. This role involves a blend of analytical review, credit risk assessment, and administrative support within the Credit Administration Department.

ย Credit Administration Manager
Primary Responsibilities
ย Prepare and examine loan files, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
ย Conduct comprehensive analysis of borrower financial information, including but not limited to tax returns (personal and business), income statements, expense reports, rent rolls, credit reports, and appraisals.
ย Prepare detailed written summaries and analyses of loan reviews and clearly articulate findings.
ย Analyze financial statements and credit data of individuals, entities, and properties to determine if there is any risk involved.
ย Conduct analyses of underwriting, policy adherence, and collateral support to determine risk grade for the loan and/or relationship.
ย Provide a continuous evaluation of the quality of the Bankยs loan portfolio.
ย Review customer files to identify any delinquent accounts.
ย Generate financial ratios to evaluate customerยs financial status.
ย Reach out to borrowers to request financial statements, as necessary.
ย Scanning and filing documents, as necessary.
ย Other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills & Experience
ย BA or BS in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related area is preferred.
ย 1-3 years of experience in credit analysis, commercial lending, or a related field is desired.
ย Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
ย Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
ย Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to adhere to deadlines in a timely manner.
ย Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including experience in Excel spreadsheets and Power Point Reports
