Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities and nurture existing leads
Engage with potential clients through warm calling, building rapport and understanding their needs
Qualify prospects by assessing their requirements and determining their fit for our solutions
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to log interactions, track leads, and manage follow-up activities
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies that maximize lead conversion
Negotiate initial terms with prospects, demonstrating value propositions clearly and confidently
Maintain a high level of customer service by providing timely information and addressing inquiries professionally

Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on technology or software solutions
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing leads and customer data
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
Knowledge of sales techniques including outbound calling, warm calling, and business development strategies
Ability to handle rejection positively while maintaining motivation and enthusiasm
