Job Title: Lead Generative AI Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the development of AI-powered applications using large language models, oversee AI architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of Generative AI solutions using large language models (LLMs).
- Build and deploy AI/ML models, chatbots, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Develop applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration tools.
- Integrate AI models with cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.
- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure data security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on AI initiatives.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI development.
- Strong experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of API development, microservices, and scalable system design.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Experience with AI-powered applications such as chatbots, copilots, or content generation tools.
- Familiarity with data engineering and big data technologies.
