Develop and optimize AI infrastructure to support cutting-edge technology at Capital One.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to the AI infrastructure.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI infrastructure to ensure Capital One remains at the forefront of innovation.
Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Work closely with data scientists and engineers to understand their needs and provide solutions that support their work.
Conduct regular assessments and audits of the AI infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges with the AI infrastructure.
Maintain documentation of the AI infrastructure and ensure it is up-to-date.
Communicate updates and changes to the AI infrastructure to relevant stakeholders.
Identify and implement ways to optimize the AI infrastructure to improve efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and resources in AI infrastructure.
Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of the AI infrastructure to identify and address any bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
Stay current with regulatory and compliance requirements related to AI infrastructure.
Proactively identify and address potential security risks and vulnerabilities in the AI infrastructure.
Continuously seek out ways to enhance the AI infrastructure and drive innovation within the team.
