Better Health is currently hiring entry-level Lead Processing Agents to join our remote team. As a Remote Lead Processing Agent, you’ll be responsible for reviewing, formatting, and submitting lead information accurately into our internal CRM system. - Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM with high accuracy.

- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Must have a reliable computer/laptop and stable internet connection.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Responsibilities:
- Process inbound lead data and enter information into CRM.
- Review submissions for accuracy and completeness.
- Tag and route leads to appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain high-quality data integrity standards.
- Communicate status updates to team leads.
