Job Description
Position : Lead SAP Epicor P21 Functional consultant
Location : Mostly remote but might need to travel 1 or 2 times a month
Duration : Long Term
MOI : Video
Note location will be Birmingham, AL but candidate need to travel nation wide
Job Description:
Serve as subject matter expert for P21 functional areas (Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Finance, Pricing).
Gather and document business requirements; map them to P21 functionality.
Configure P21 modules and optimize workflows to meet client needs.
Conduct workshops, user training, and UAT sessions.
Support go-live and provide post-implementation assistance.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration.
Core Skills & Knowledge
Strong understanding of distribution industry processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory control).
Hands-on experience with ERP configuration and process optimization.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Basic SQL knowledge for reporting and troubleshooting.
