As a member of the Legal Operations team, you’ll be responsible for driving operational excellence by bringing people, process, and technology together in ways that increase legal service velocity, build team capacity, and support innovation. Join us! About the role… The Legal Process Analyst is a high-bandwidth, meticulously organized individual, who can juggle both process improvements and issue resolution. On a typical day, you may work with data teams to improve a legal process dashboard, participate in weekly process calls with Litigation counsel, update playbooks to align with process updates, and respond to medium complexity records requests. This position calls for a self-starter who wants to innovate and be part of a dynamic, fast-moving team. The Legal Process Analyst is a leader, problem solver, team builder, and a subject matter expert who is always looking for ways to help the team become more efficient by streamlining processes and identifying issues & resolutions. The ideal candidate has some technical prowess and operational experience to help them make informed decisions that improve legal operational productivity related to the third party data requests. This role reports into the Senior Manager of Legal Operations. You're excited about this opportunity because you will... • Improve our operational and legal response processes related to third party data requests to ensure that we continue to deliver high quality responses to subpoena and records requests. • Collaborate with Data Analytics and Litigation teams to build and maintain data dashboards used to respond to legal requests for information. • Support the response process for incoming third party subpoenas and data requests related to Nexora audiences. • Communicate with third party requesters to identify data subjects and provide responsive records. • Flag non-standard escalations for review and work directly with management and/or counsel on escalation resolution. • Be responsible for drafting and maintaining team playbooks. • Demonstrate strong communication skills and relationship-building with peers, business partners and company leaders. • Serve as a resource and/or mentor for other employees on the team. Contribute to quality assurance, training practices, and process development. We're Excited About You Because… • You have a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience. • You have 2+ years of experience in operations or business intelligence/analytics; experience in legal operations, law enforcement response, civil legal process or as a paralegal or legal assistant is a plus. • You have experience using data analytics tools like Mode, Sigma, and Tableau to create queries and generate exports. • You have knowledge of Salesforce and Excel or Taskium Sheets (preferred). • You possess extraordinary written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. • You represent the Worklith brand with humility and a customer-first mindset. • You are a self-motivated, rapid learner, excited about developing your analytical and problem-solving skills. • You have a mind and talent for process improvement.
