Responsibilities
Β• Sales & Client Growth: Meet or exceed new business production goals through selling and marketing Allstate insurance products.
Β• Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to qualified warm leads and pursue cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
Β• Customer Needs Analysis: Assess customer needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions to protect their future.
Β• Pipeline Management: Document and manage a well-organized sales pipeline, ensuring accuracy and follow-up.
Β• Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, share best practices, and contribute to a winning agency culture.

Requirements
Β• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
Β• Previous Experience in Captive Insurance Sales: Allstate experience is preferred.
Β• Proven sales track record (must provide references or sales reports to verify production).
Β• Strong self-discipline and the ability to work independently in a goal-driven environment.
Β• Competitive drive with a sense of urgency to meet and exceed goals.
Β• Dependable, accountable, and coachable with a growth mindset.
Β• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
