- Requirements:
- Licensed to practice Mental Health in New York (LMHC, LMHC-D)
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement of therapeutic skills
- Strong work ethic and integrity, driven by a genuine passion for therapy and the healing process
- Dedicated schedule, completing 30-35 direct service hours per week
- Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage scheduling and cancellations through our online platform
- Conduct initial intakes, treatment plans, and complete SOAP notes
- Provide meaningful telehealth care for adult individuals and couples, managing weekly sessions and treatment
- Maintain a private, quiet space to conduct therapy sessions
- Participate in biweekly peer counseling sessions and monthly professional development workshops

Compensation: $88,000 and $100,000
