Windermere Real Estate is the largest regional real estate company in the Western U.S., and they are seeking individuals to launch their real estate careers with a unique training program. The role involves providing guidance to buyers and sellers, participating in structured training, and complying with program expectations to successfully launch a real estate business.
Responsibilities
- Follow internal protocols for working with buyers and sellers
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices
- Attend classes, accountability groups, and coaching sessions
- Dedicate 10-15 hours per week to our structured training program
- Comply with the expectations of the program to grow and launch your business
Skills
- Must be going into real estate as a full time agent
- 15+ hours weekly training commitment
- Active WA real estate license (or expected to complete real estate course within 60 days)
