A multi-state law firm representing financial institutions is seeking a Litigation Attorney to support its Arizona practice. The role is fully remote, with occasional in-person hearings required.
Practice Areas:
Real estate • Title disputes • Mortgages • Foreclosure • Creditors’ rights
- Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation and pre-litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft and argue pleadings and motions
- Handle discovery, hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
- Develop case strategy and communicate directly with clients
- Assist with bankruptcy motions and related proceedings as needed
- Qualifications:
- 2+ years of litigation experience (foreclosure, real estate, mortgage servicing, or creditors’ rights preferred)
- Active Arizona bar license
Compensation:
$90K – $130K base + bonus up to $10K
