**THIS IS A GRANT-FUNDED POSITION**



Location: Noble Elementary School



Five (5) days/week, 192 days/year, Monday - Friday, 11:00 am - 6:30 pm



Overview: On-site coordinator for the 21st Century grant-funded (Noble Explorers) program at the building.



Description: The Site Coordinator will work in an administrative function for the 21st Century Community Learning Center after-school program. The Site Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of this federally funded grant program. The individual must adhere to all duties and responsibilities required for grant compliance and student achievement. These duties include but are not limited to assisting students with classwork, supervision of students, and serving as a advocate.



Essential Job Functions:



Coordinate the program after school in the building



Recruit students



Connect with day staff, parents, and administrators



Comply with federal guidelines



Assist students with homework, enrichment, social & emotional growth, and supervision



Minimum Qualifications:



Bachelor's Degree



Strong organizational skills



Preferred Qualifications:



Previous school-building experience



Knowledge of afterschool programming for identified target populations, educational background, and experience.



Experience working with students in tutoring, after-school programs, and camp counselor roles



A high degree of proficiency with computer programs such as Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and school-based management programs.

Salary: $35,000 - $41,500 (based on experience)
