With expertise in product knowledge, global trends, and performance wear, the team ensures every image embodies an innovative and cohesive visual narrative, exceeding industry expectations through meticulous preparation and operational excellence.a day in the life: what you?ll do The Senior Stylist, Global Brand Studio (GBS) is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of assigned styling projects, from pre-production planning to on-set execution and post-production refinements. The Senior Stylist, GBS works closely with the Senior Manager, Styling, GBS and cross-functional partners to maintain consistency with global styling strategy and lululemon?s styling identity while refining the approach for e-commerce, digital marketing, and studio productions. This role must be able to work in our studio and office 5 days a week in Playa Vista, LA.As Senior Stylist, GBS you will:Styling Execution & Project Ownership:Oversee and execute styling for assigned GBS projects from pre-production to final delivery, ensuring consistency with Global Styling strategy.Lead High Performance x High Style outfitting for GBS styling-led sets, ensuring a balance of performance function and fashion-forward styling.Act as the on-set styling lead, making real-time adjustments to maintain styling integrity and problem-solving challenges as they arise.Maintain seasonal styling consistency, ensuring a red thread from Global Styling strategy is reflected in all e-commerce and digital outputs.Participate in rack reviews and styling approvals, ensuring outfitting aligns with brand standards and creative intent.Pre- and Post-Production LeadershipOwn and oversee internal workstreams for pre- and post-production, ensuring styling execution meets quality standards:Brief cross-functional teams on styling direction and objectives.Partner with merchandising teams to ensure accurate product representation.Work with selects editors to refine imagery, ensuring styling is visually compelling and aligned with brand identity.Provide detailed retouching notes and refinements to maintain premium styling across PDP and marketing assets.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team SupportWork closely with Art Directors, Senior Managers, and Creative teams to align styling with campaign narratives and digital objectives.Collaborate with the Samples and Casting teams to ensure the right sizes, samples, and talent are sourced and available for shoots.Enroll and oversee freelance stylists and assistants, ensuring their work aligns with brand styling standards and objectives.Trend Research & Creative ContributionContribute to seasonal styling vision discussions, providing insights from industry trends, cultural influences, and personal creative expertise.Stay informed on fashion and performance trends, ensuring styling choices are forward-thinking and elevate lululemon?s brand positioning.Help refine styling decks and creative presentations, ensuring that styling aligns with the broader brand storytelling and seasonal objectives.qualificationsStyling Expertise: Minimum 5 years? experience in a styling role for ecommerce, editorial and/or campaign.Project Management Proficiency: Skilled in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines with efficiency and organization.Trend and Product Knowledge: Ability to gain in-depth understanding of product attributes?fabric, form, and function?paired with a strong knowledge of global fashion and athletic styling trends to deliver aligned, forward-thinking styling solutions that meet brand standards.Problem-Solving and Communication: Adept at consolidating complex information, communicating clearly, and implementing innovative tools or processes with a proactive mindset.Te
