Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Management Trainee specifically for Maui County. The Management Trainee will participate in a rotational training program to gain hands-on experience and develop a deep understanding of business operations within the insurance industry. Daily responsibilities include assisting with customer interactions, learning to manage team workflows, supporting sales and administrative processes, and developing leadership and management skills. This role is designed to prepare individuals for future leadership opportunities within the company.
