Key Responsibilities:
- Implement continuous improvements on current welding and robotic cells to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality
- Maintain quality and production standards, adhering to ISO 9001 and company procedures
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve issues, utilizing effective communication and written skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve skills through scheduled classes and training
- Utilize MIG welding and industrial robotic experience to drive success in the role
