About the position As a Market Research Analyst, you play a role in supporting the delivery of strategic insights to our clients through the execution of research projects. Your work includes a variety of studies requiring sharp time management skills and a keen attention to detail. This is a position where you will learn to be a major force in research design and gain experience managing key market research projects. Responsibilities β€’ Executing and coordinating the fundamentals of advertising research projects on time and on budget, working closely with teammates β€’ Working on questionnaire design and analysis planning with senior team members β€’ Preparing client deliverables (reports, presentations, proposals), finding new and exciting ways to visualize the data that elevates our storytelling β€’ Work with senior team members to understand the business needs of the client and translate them to the appropriate research design β€’ Support multiple projects/priorities and gradually build increased responsibility to become more independent β€’ Participate in mentorship of new Analysts and Interns, including shadowing on projects, providing guidance on tasks throughout the project lifecycle, etc. β€’ Attend client briefing meetings and results presentations, build presentation skills via attending client presentations and through dedicated skills training β€’ As you progress and develop, you will collaborate on the analysis and interpretation of survey results to fine tune analytical skills β€’ Participate in initiatives that support our service line (i.e., growth/new product/employee training & engagement) Requirements β€’ BA or BS in marketing, business, communications, or related field β€’ A curious mindset and a genuine fascination for the field of advertising β€’ A passion for working with data and extracting meaningful insights β€’ An ability to learn quickly, work efficiently, and succeed in an everchanging, innovative environment β€’ An interest in storytelling with the capacity to express narratives visually and verbally β€’ Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects β€’ Ease and confidence with β€œthinking on your feet” β€’ Business acumen and critical thinking skills β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal β€’ The ability to thrive within a team environment and a willingness to contribute to a positive culture β€’ Some experience with questionnaire design and sampling approaches β€’ Proficiency with MS Office & Google Workplace (Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, and Slides) Nice-to-haves β€’ Some experience in market research, marketing, communications or advertising is preferred Benefits β€’ generous PTO β€’ healthcare plans β€’ wellness benefits β€’ a flexible workplace policy β€’ a strong collaborative culture β€’ career development opportunities aimed to build your personal career equity at Ipsos and beyond
