- Design and implement marketing analytics frameworks to measure performance across channels
- Set up and manage tracking systems (e.g., GA4, AppsFlyer, Segment, Mixpanel)
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to monitor KPIs and campaign performance
- Analyze data across paid, organic, lifecycle, and product channels to identify insights and opportunities
- Develop and refine attribution models to better understand channel impact
- Support Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and other advanced measurement approaches
- Partner with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment
- Translate data into clear recommendations for stakeholders
- Requirements:
- Strong foundation in marketing analytics and performance measurement
- Experience with analytics and attribution tools (e.g., GA4, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment)
- Experience building dashboards using tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar
- Familiarity with attribution methodologies (multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, MMM)
- Ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders
- Comfort working across multiple channels and marketing functions
