About the position
We're looking for a motivated individual to take ownership of our CRM systems and marketing operations. This role blends content creation with hands-on administrative support, giving you experience across digital marketing, website management, and business operations in the healthcare/life sciences space.
- Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for LinkedIn, with at least weekly posts highlighting company news, project milestones, and industry insights
- Create branded visual content using Canva for social media and marketing materials
- Manage and update the company website (transitioning from Squarespace to Framer)
- Support marketing outreach efforts through HubSpot, including email campaigns and lead tracking
- Assist with invoicing and billing processes
- Assist with client tracking and light project coordination
- Work to automate our CRM system and leverage it for our clients and the intake client process
- Identify opportunities to expand our digital presence and recommend new initiatives
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfort learning new platforms (Framer, HubSpot, LinkedIn business tools)
- Organized and self-directed; able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Nice-to-haves
- Interest in healthcare, biotech, or life sciences is a plus but not required
