Marketing Assistant Job Duties
Marketing Assistant duties includes assisting in developing e-mail and event campaigns. Coordinate travel arrangements for CEO. Travel to various events within the United States. Manage client expectations for events.
This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.
Responsibilities
ย Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the CEO activities.
ย Conduct market research and maintain databases.
ย Create and update spreadsheets, databases and with statistical, financial and non-financial information!
ย Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
ย Prepare and deliver promotional presentations.
ย Compose and provide content for the companyยs website and social media accounts.
ย Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc.) to augment the companyยs presence in the market.
ย Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.
Requirements and skill
ยท Must be able to travel within the United States though the year when needed.
ย Proven experience with coordination of events and administrative support.
ย Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
ย Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
ย Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
ย Good knowledge of event coordination for both pre and post event.
ย Exceptional knowledge of MS Office-Advanced Excel A MUST, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools such as QGiv & Bloomerang, Online analytics, etc.)
ย Exquisite communication and people skills
ย High School diploma: BSc in Marketing, or Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
