Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Contract Marketing Manager to support retail launches, marketing operations, and cross-functional coordination.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys building structure, managing moving pieces, and supporting the operational realities of scaling a brand within professional retail environments.
You will work closely with the founder and external partners to help drive initiatives from concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Retail & Launch Execution
- Support retail and distributor launch initiatives
- Coordinate timelines for merchandising, visuals, POS assets, and collateral
- Assist with in-store programs and sampling initiatives
- Track retailer-driven deliverables and deadlines
- Marketing Operations & Project Management
- Own coordination of marketing and brand initiatives
- Manage vendors, partners, and production timelines
- Maintain organization of marketing assets and materials
- Ensure projects stay aligned with launch schedules and priorities
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Interface with distributors, retailers, and external partners
- Translate direction into clear action items and timelines
- Identify gaps, delays, and execution risks
- Support evolving priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Ideal Candidate
- 4–5 years of experience in marketing, brand, or related roles
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience in beauty, retail, CPG, or startup environments preferred
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
- Able to operate effectively with limited structure
