FanDuel is the premier mobile gaming company in the United States and Canada, seeking a Merchandising Operations Execution Coordinator to join their hybrid Sportsbook & Flywheel Operations Team. This role focuses on the seamless execution of day-to-day live operations across various products while leveraging sports knowledge and attention to detail to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Execute real-time Sportsbook operational changes and adjustments based on in-house data & analytics
- Create, manage and optimize content + contests on our owned & operated platforms, including, but not limited to: Sportsbook, Daily Fantasy Sports, Picks, Free-to-Play, Prediction Markets, Parlay Module
- Assist in creating SGPs & Parlays for the Popular Parlay Module on the Sportsbook Home Page, leveraging sports & betting knowledge to identify and capitalize on real-time events and narratives happening in sports
- Identify and resolve operational issues swiftly to maintain a seamless user experience
- Assist the team in defining formats & rules for upcoming DFS sport seasons
- Monitor betting markets and implement strategic merchandising decisions
- Identify and escalate bugs and issues raised by customers and internal stakeholders
- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and support operational growth
- Operate, Create & Score games on our Free-To-Play platform

- Extensive sports knowledge across major sports leagues with deep understanding in betting markets & Industry dynamics

- Experience with operations, product management, or industry related fields preferred
