MES Solution Architect (Siemens Opcenter) - Remote (Prefer Fort Worth, TX)

Contract: 2 Year contract
- We are seeking an experienced MES Solution Architect to support the rollout of Siemens Opcenter across global manufacturing sites spanning pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and discrete manufacturing. This role will design and deliver scalable, compliant MES solutions that connect shop floor operations with enterprise systems and enable digital manufacturing.
- Design end-to-end MES solutions aligned with ISA-95 and industry-specific regulatory standards (GxP, FDA, ISO)
- Develop and manage Opcenter customizations (services, rules, workflows, UI, extensions)
- Integrate MES with ERP (SAP), PLM, LIMS, SCADA, and automation systems
- Support deployment, testing, validation (CSV), and release readiness
- Ensure traceability, data integrity, and system performance across manufacturing environments
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of Siemens Opcenter/Camstar MES experience
- Strong background in MES architecture, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), and SQL
- Experience in regulated (pharma/medical device) and/or discrete manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of validation (GxP), traceability, and compliance requirements preferred
