What You'll Be Working On
Β Monitor payment schedules: You will be responsible for keeping track of all scheduled payments and ensuring they are processed on time
Β Monitor transactions in the back office of our gate: You should constantly check the transactions happening in the back office of our gate, ensuring smooth operation and finding any anomalies...
Β Compare performance with previous periods: You will need to analyze current performance and compare it with previous periods to track growth or identify any issues
Β React and act according to the notification protocol in the event of an incident: In case of any incident, you should follow the established notification protocol and take necessary actions immediately

What You Need To Succeed In This Role
Β BachelorΒs degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Β Ability to work shifts
Β Good Excel skills
Β Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a related role would be a big plus
Β Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Β Previous fintech experience is an advantage
Β Ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions under pressure
Β High sense of responsibility
Β Good level of English and Russian
