Job Description

Moxa is a company dedicated to enabling connectivity for the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). They are seeking recent engineering graduates for the MoxaNEXT: Career Development Program, which offers foundational training and exposure to three career tracks: Technical Sales Engineer, Product Marketing Engineer, and Applications Engineer.

Responsibilities

Develop a strong technical foundation through Moxa’s structured training program on products, solutions, and applications
Support customer engagement by preparing demos, proofs of concept, and technical presentations
Partner with Sales Engineers on strategic accounts to understand customer challenges and propose solutions
Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials
Provide applications support to customers and sales teams, ensuring successful adoption of Moxa solutions
Represent Moxa at trade shows, training events, and customer-facing activities
Demonstrate and uphold Moxa’s core values in all interactions

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field
Strong technical foundation with an interest in customer-facing career paths (sales, product marketing, applications engineering)
Understanding of Ethernet networking fundamentals (wired and wireless)
Troubleshooting experience with Windows or Linux systems
Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify technical topics for diverse audiences
Team-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn
Prior project management, business planning, or leadership experience is a plus
