About the position

Design and facilitate engaging nCino training programs for diverse audiences, including bank employees and support staff.
Create comprehensive training materials that cater to various learning styles and technical proficiencies.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and performance.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training content reflecting the latest nCino system features.
Implement assessment strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and measure learning outcomes.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for team members regarding nCino processes and functionality.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with organizational objectives.
Lead and manage multiple training projects simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an nCino Trainer or in a similar role.
Proven experience in instructional design, including the creation of eLearning modules and instructor-led training materials.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training delivery technologies.
In-depth knowledge of the nCino platform and its key features.
Proficiency with instructional design software such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
