About the position
- Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate engaging nCino training programs for diverse audiences, including bank employees and support staff.
- Create comprehensive training materials that cater to various learning styles and technical proficiencies.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and performance.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training content reflecting the latest nCino system features.
- Implement assessment strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and measure learning outcomes.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for team members regarding nCino processes and functionality.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with organizational objectives.
- Lead and manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an nCino Trainer or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in instructional design, including the creation of eLearning modules and instructor-led training materials.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training delivery technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of the nCino platform and its key features.
- Proficiency with instructional design software such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Nice-to-haves
- Certification in instructional design or training (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
- Experience with virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
