We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a AWS Security Group Engineer for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:

We are seeking an experienced AWS Network Security Engineering Consultant to support the design, implementation, and automation of AWS security group policies within a DevOps-driven cloud environment. This consultant will play a critical role in strengthening cloud security posture by building and maintaining automated security guardrails within CI/CD pipelines while enabling secure, scalable infrastructure for application teams.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in AWS networking, VPC architecture, and security services, along with strong experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Own the end-to-end AWS Security Group implementation pipeline ensuring security controls are consistently applied.
Partner with cloud and security teams to design and implement scalable AWS security group policies aligned with enterprise standards.
Extensive experience managing AWS Security Groups in large-scale enterprise environments.
Proven expertise implementing security guardrails and policy automation in CI/CD pipelines.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS networking, VPC architecture, and security services.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
