Duration of project: 6 months (strong possible extension)

Location: 100% remote

Project: connect on demand care – highly complex, visible program (Multiple EHR platforms, HL7 integration, a lot of 3rd party applications) - Will help Scale Solutions

Project is currently in discovery phase

Scrum Master is most important along with proven program leadership experience (min of 5–8+ years) managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in enterprise or regulated environments

Agile Safe Scrum Master Certification required / Agile or TPM or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Healthcare industry experience preferred (but really required)

Pure Agile shop (using JIRA) - will manage one Scrum team which is a part of a much bigger team

Coordinating multiple workstreams across the organization – devops, developers, internal business teams, vendor, etc. (not all teams are pure Agile)

Help move through the discovery faster to the delivery, bring operational maturity, structure, and predictability

Prior experience working on Rest APIs, microservices, distributed systems (understand how they scaled the systems) cloud-native (AWS or GCP) environments/architecture, production operations (without necessarily being hands-on coding).

Able to challenge architecture and app dev teams – help think through requirements – scalability, availability, capabilities, dependencies, etc.

Hands on guiding the team, attending meetings, reporting on statuses, Agile facilitation, removing barriers/roadblocks, leading retrospectives, and presenting dashboards. Processes are already in place.

Influence-driven leadership style, with strong executive communication skills, structured problem-solving ability, and comfort operating in ambiguity

Job Description:

Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs spanning multiple engineering teams, from planning through production release and stabilization.

Drive cross-team technical alignment and dependency management, partnering with Engineering, Architecture, Product, and Enterprise

Technology to ensure scalable and coordinated execution.

Lead enterprise release readiness and risk management, ensuring compliance with governance, security, and production standards in a

regulated environment.

Provide executive-level visibility into program health, including milestones, risks, trade-offs, and delivery forecasts.

Improve delivery predictability and operational excellence by defining program metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and driving continuous process improvements.

Reporting & Team Structure: Reports day-to-day to Delivery Director

Works closely with Product Management, UX, Engineering, DevOps, and Support teams.
