Shift : Evenings (3:30 PM - 7:30 PM)
Job Description:
We are seeking a seeking dedicated and certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide meaningful, one-on-one therapy services in Henrico, VA. Be part of a compassionate team helping children with autism and developmental differences reach their fullest potential through individualized, high-quality care.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in client homes and community-based settings
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Communicate professionally with families and clinical supervisors
- Collect and record data accurately to track client progress Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental differences (preferred)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
