Job description: Of-Counsel Vermont Debt Resolution Attorney (Part-Time, Remote)Huron Law Group, PLLC is an established and rapidly growing national debt relief law firm focused on providing cost-effective legal representation to consumers. Our firm is currently seeking an enthusiastic and personable, remote, full-time attorney, licensed in the state of Vermont, to manage debt resolution files and consult with firm clients. This position is ideal for a solo practitioner or part-time attorney looking to generate additional income.Responsibilities will include providing legal assistance as needed, including handling a volume of telephone consultations, settlement oversight, file reviews, and review/approval of legal documents prepared by the firm’s paralegals. This role will require a significant amount of time on the phone with clients to ensure they understand the debt resolution process. Accordingly, preferred candidates are upbeat, engaging, patient, and are comfortable with a high volume of client interaction and customer service.This position is fully remote, enabling the attorney to telecommute from any location. Accordingly, candidates must be comfortable with using computers and basic software. Consistent email communication and occasional remote attendance at meetings will be required. Payment will be on a flat fee per task basis, via monthly direct deposit.Qualifications:- Licensed and in good standing with the Vermont state bar.- Experience in consumer debt defense, bankruptcy and/or collections is preferred.Salary Range - $100-$5000 a month
