Job Title Technology Test Analyst- OnBase Testing
Location 100% Remote
Duration 8-12 Months (Temp to Perm)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Understand OnBase configurations, workflows, and integrations.
- Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases for OnBase applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Validate document capture, storage, retrieval, and workflow automation.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
- Log and track defects using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Conduct UAT support and provide feedback to business stakeholders.
- Ensure quality and consistency across releases and environments.
- Document test results, status reports, and QA artifacts.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2 5 years of experience in QA/testing, with at least 1 year working with Hyland OnBase.
- Familiarity with OnBase modules such as Workflow, Unity Forms, WorkView, and Document Imaging.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- OnBase Certified Installer (OCI), OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA), or other Hyland certifications.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, ReadyAPI).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for test automation or process validation.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
