Job Description
monday.com is a well-funded company with big ambitions, seeking an Onboarding Program Manager to enhance their onboarding experience for GTM sales teams. The role involves managing logistics, stakeholder communication, content maintenance, and data analysis to ensure new hires are set up for success from Day 1.
Responsibilities
- Lead the "backstage" of onboarding. This includes managing the end-to-end logistics for monthly global onboarding cohorts, including assigning lesson paths, liaising with front line managers and setting up calendars across multiple time zones
- Act as the primary point of contact for Enablement Managers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to address questions/feedback about Onboarding sessions and content
- Keep our onboarding materials (decks, recordings, playbooks, and LMS modules) up to date with the latest product releases and internal process changes
- Work closely with regional leads to ensure the global program is localized effectively while maintaining a consistent "monday" experience
- Analyze both Onboarding metrics and business performance metrics to identify trends, share insights with the Global Program Manager, and suggest iterative improvements
- Adjust, revamp and develop content within the program as needed, based on strategic direction, business needs and feedback
- Manage the Onboarding Syllabus and Checklist within monday.com, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in full cycle Sales roles and/or Sales Enablement adjacent roles in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- 1-2 years of experience in Program Coordination or Management
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. You're the person who catches the typo in a deck or the calendar conflict before it happens
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of seniority
- Proficiency with LMS platforms, authoring tools like Articulate RISE, Highspot and Gong
