Santa Maria Optometry is a growing, patient-focused practice offering both in-person and remote eye care services. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Telehealth Optometrist to join our team and help expand access to high-quality vision care from the comfort of your home.
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual eye health evaluations and screenings via secure telehealth software
- Provide remote consultations and follow-up care
- Educate patients about their prescriptions, eye health, and preventative care
- Document all visits accurately using our EMR system
- Coordinate with our in-office team for referrals or in-person needs
- Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Active California optometry license
- Comfortable with digital tools and telehealth platforms
- Strong communication skills and patient rapport
- Ability to work independently with a high standard of care
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $475.00 per day
