15 Months Job Overview We are looking for a strong Oracle Financials Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Budgetary Controls (BCEA) to support complex extensions and financial implementations. The consultant will work closely with the Oracle Lead Consultant and must have Public Sector project experience. Key Responsibilities Provide functional expertise in Oracle Budgetary Controls (BCEA). Support implementation and complex financial extensions within Oracle Financials. Collaborate with the Oracle Lead Consultant to design and implement financial solutions. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional design specifications. Configure and support budgetary control processes, including funds control and budget validation. Assist with testing, documentation, and production support. Work with technical teams to support integrations and system enhancements. Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience as an Oracle Financials Functional Consultant. Hands-on expertise with Oracle Budgetary Controls (BCEA). Experience supporting complex financial extensions and configurations. Public Sector / Government project experience is required. Strong understanding of Oracle Financial modules and budgeting processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
