Additional responsibilities include expediting contract orders, scheduling, tracking, and communicating with customers via phone or email. - Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Manage and process customer orders from beginning to end. Communicate with customers regarding backlog
- Customer centric mindset. Ability to see situations from the customers viewpoint.
- Schedule orders for shipment
- Meet individual goals and contribute to team goals
- Provide customers with product, pricing, and availability information
- Process credit cards
- Satisfy customer requests
- Resolve customer issues
- Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of Microsoft product suite
- 23 years related office or order services experience
- Must be able to work in the office at a desk and type on a keyboard using a mouse.
- Must be able to answer phones and speak to customers.
- Nice-to-haves
- Previous SAP experience preferred
- Some college preferred
