Additional responsibilities include expediting contract orders, scheduling, tracking, and communicating with customers via phone or email.     Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email
  • Manage and process customer orders from beginning to end. Communicate with customers regarding backlog
  • Customer centric mindset. Ability to see situations from the customers viewpoint.
  • Schedule orders for shipment
  • Meet individual goals and contribute to team goals
  • Provide customers with product, pricing, and availability information
  • Process credit cards
  • Satisfy customer requests
  • Resolve customer issues
    Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Computer literacy
  • Knowledge of Microsoft product suite
  • 23 years related office or order services experience
  • Must be able to work in the office at a desk and type on a keyboard using a mouse.
  • Must be able to answer phones and speak to customers.
    Nice-to-haves
  • Previous SAP experience preferred
  • Some college preferred
