Job Description
HubSpot is an AI-powered customer platform that connects marketing, sales, and service. They are seeking an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive sales through strategic outreach, qualify leads, and partner with Account Executives to enhance the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute outbound prospecting through high-volume outreach (60–100+ activities/day) via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with Account Executives to target strategic accounts and refine outreach strategy
- Qualify leads based on fit, need, and urgency — and book quality discovery meetings
- Hit (and exceed) KPIs for activity, meetings delivered, and pipeline impact

- Either have past sales success or have demonstrated excellence in goal-driven roles (think: fundraising, athletics, service industry, etc)
