This is tactical campaign management (not strategy) with secondary marketing automation support when workload allows. Responsibilities Paid Advertising Execution (70-80% of work): Google Ads (Primary Platform - ~60%): β’ Build and launch Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns for B2C and B2B clients β’ Manage high-volume campaigns ($50K-$150K+/month budgets) β’ Execute daily optimization: bid adjustments, keyword additions/negatives, audience refinements β’ Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and creative variations β’ Monitor performance metrics and implement tactical improvements β’ Troubleshoot tracking issues (conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, analytics) β’ Create and maintain campaign documentation and performance reports Meta Ads (Secondary Platform - ~20%): β’ Build and launch Facebook/Instagram campaigns β’ Manage audience targeting, creative testing, and budget optimization β’ Execute retargeting campaigns and lookalike audience strategies β’ Optimize for lead generation and conversion objectives LinkedIn Ads (Tertiary Platform - ~10-15%): β’ Build and manage B2B LinkedIn campaigns β’ Optimize for lead generation and form fill conversions β’ Manage sponsored content and InMail campaigns Marketing Automation Support (20-30% of work when available): When paid advertising workload allows, provide overflow support for marketing automation: β’ Build email workflows and nurture sequences in GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or other platforms β’ Configure automation triggers and conditional logic β’ Set up lead scoring and pipeline routing β’ Create email campaigns per strategic specifications β’ Troubleshoot automation issues and data flow problems Platforms: GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Mailchimp, Constant Contact Collaboration: β’ Work closely with Digital Marketing Manager on campaign execution and reporting β’ Coordinate with Chief Marketing Strategist on strategic specifications and performance goals β’ Communicate proactively on campaign performance, issues, and optimization opportunities Qualifications Required: β’ 5+ years hands-on paid advertising execution (not just management oversight) β’ Google Ads expert - personally built and optimized campaigns at scale ($50K+/month budgets) β’ Proven track record managing campaigns for B2C lead generation, SaaS, or B2B professional services β’ Meta Ads proficiency - Facebook/Instagram campaign execution and optimiz
