Job Description
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal/Case Manager to join our dynamic legal team. In this vital role, you will support a wide range of legal practices by managing case files, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and assisting attorneys with case preparation. - Manage and organize legal case files using document management systems such as iManage and PCLaw, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and easily accessible
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research tools to support case development across diverse practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, family law, securities law, and more
- Draft, review, and proofread legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence with precision and clarity
- Assist attorneys with client interviews by preparing questionnaires and summarizing interview notes to facilitate case strategy
- Perform document review and data entry tasks efficiently to support litigation, transactional work, or regulatory compliance projects
- Support project management efforts by coordinating deadlines, tracking case progress, and maintaining organized schedules
- Provide administrative support including filing, transcription, phone etiquette, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Paralegal experience or equivalent legal administrative experience demonstrating familiarity with law office procedures and legal workflows
- Strong research skills utilizing Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research platforms to gather relevant case law and statutory information
- Knowledge of multiple practice areas such as estate planning, environmental law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, immigration law, and UCC law
- Proficiency in document management systems like iManage and Clio; experience with PCLaw is a plus
- Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence with attention to detail
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Effective interviewing skills for client intake processes and case assessments
- Strong proofreading and transcription abilities ensuring accuracy in all documentation
- Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, phone communication with professionalism and courtesy
- Familiarity with litigation procedures and legal case management tools is highly desirable

Pay: $25.20 - $30.35 per hour
