This is a remote position. We are seeking a reliable and professional part-time Administrator, approximately 5 hours per week, to provide basic administrative and virtual reception support. The role involves managing incoming communications, responding to enquiries, and ensuring a smooth, professional first point of contact for clients and stakeholders. This position is an independent contract role. Responsibilities: β’ Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner β’ Manage and respond to WhatsApp messages and general enquiries β’ Monitor and respond to emails, ensuring timely and accurate replies β’ Act as a virtual receptionist and first point of contact for the business β’ Route enquiries to the relevant team members where required β’ Maintain basic records of calls, messages, and enquiries β’ Provide general administrative support as needed Requirements Required Skills & Experience: β’ Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Receptionist β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β’ Strong organisational and time-management abilities β’ Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills β’ Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, and basic office tools β’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Personal Attributes: β’ Friendly, professional, and approachable β’ Reliable and responsive β’ Detail-oriented and well organised β’ Calm and patient when handling enquiries β’ Confidential and trustworthy Benefits RemotePart-time, approximately 5 hours per week Apply tot his job
