We are seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are currently employed full-time and are looking to take on additional work on the side. The Part-Time Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates to help meet our staffing needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing
Β Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to source potential candidates.
Β Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Screening and Evaluation
Β Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Β Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit for specific roles.
Β Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Interview Coordination
Β Manage interview schedules, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
Β Provide candidates with relevant information about the role and interview process.
Candidate Management
Β Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Β Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing prompt feedback and updates.
Reporting and Documentation
Β Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system.
Β Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
Qualifications
Β Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
Β Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Β Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Β Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Β High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
Β Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Β Ability to work independently and remotely.
