What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and stocked store
- Pull and prepare merchandise for customer pick-up and delivery, ensuring timely and accurate orders
- Load merchandise safely onto delivery trucks and assist customers with loading their vehicles
- Verify invoices against loaded products to ensure accuracy
- Operate power equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and electrical lifts, as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience using a computer for information management
- Minimum of 6 months experience with common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets
- Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 pounds without assistance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6 months of retail experience
- 6 months of experience in a customer service or product fulfillment role at a home improvement or hardware retailer
- 6 months of experience in inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading products or materials in any industry
